Hello my dear PMB friends.

Lisa here again to share another fun card and tip using the

I'm using lots of the goodies included in the kit. I really packed on a ton of stuff for this card, but it is still pretty clean.

I started off by covering the shipping tag included in the kit with some patterned papers.  Some glue held the paper flowers in place while I zig zagged their stems and then straight stitched the border.  I followed the stitching thing on the card base as well.   The bit of black helps to create a border between all the different patterned papers.  Without it, everything would get a little lost and jumbled.  I grabbed some great ribbon and buttons from the kit and adhered it all together.

Can you see the highlighted words in the sentiment?  This is a great way to add a little color without being overwhelming or distracting.  Just a little HIGHLIGHTING.

All you need is your stamped sentiment, a fairly light ink and then a long skinny stamp (I'm using the other sentiment in the kit).  You don't want anything with lots of bumps, the skinny sentiment creates a skinny highlight.  Place the stamp you will be using on your clear block UPSIDE DOWN.  We will be using the backside to create our highlighter effect.

Ink up the back of the stamp to match the size of the word you will be highlighting.   Line it up and stamp away.  I did this for both the 'believe' and 'dreams' in the sentiment.  Creates a fun little pop of color.

I'll see you next Wednesday!
