The Votes Are In!

Nope, not talking about the election!

I had a hard time putting ALL these embellishments in ONE card. I struggle with giving up special goodness away like that. I almost had a heart attack doing it!

Luckily, I was reassured by this wonderful kit by Paper Made Bakery which had lots more goodness. Check it out!

In recent posts, including the Paper Made Bakery Blog hop, I chronicled  my journey in finding just the perfect place to take photos. You can find the post HERE on my blog, ( and the post found HERE)I asked the question which spot is better, my initial spot--the window sill or my new spot, which is where the photo above was taken. The answer?

Would you believe you liked my window sill better???

I was thinking: I spent all this time trying to find the perfect place to take photos and the perfect place is where I started??

Kind of reminds me of Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz. It was right there all along. ;)

I want to thank you all for your input and honesty. I think a good compromise is to go back to the window sill unless it is something special like a magazine call or if I am feeling it especially needs it, like when I use white or cream card stock. And if anyone is rooting for the new method, or wants to give their opinion, hey leave a comment!
